Hi Kent, Last I checked there were around 15 million outstanding. I haven't recieved a quarterly report for some time due to a couple of moves in the last little while. I think sleemans is a great company and a great buy at these prices. I'm looking for $15 over the next couple years. Good luck to you Gary
