Urologix management is a bunch of weenies. Don't trust this company with your investment dollars. Even if Urologix accidently breached the non-disclosure, they did not create material financial harm to BSD Medical. Urologix should have waited for the judge's decision but instead they evidently bowed to market pressure. Patent and disclosure litigation is rampant in the medical field and I do not believe for one moment that customers were holding off on purchases because of this unresolved litigation. There are many other reasons for customers holding off on purchases and this was detailed by the company in the last earnings conference call. With management like this, expect this stock to hit $6 over time after some mindless rallies. Today's price reaction is probably related to some shorts covering and mindless trading bulls. I'll be short if it rallies further.
