Steve,Don't just quote selected segments of my post, reading further, you will see the statement "You won't see a pull back unless there is an earnings surprise." Obviously an importnat qualifier. But I as have determined by my research, I am confident of no earnings surprises for Q4, which brings us to April '97, before we could possibly get one. And I even doubt that will happen. No earnings surprises, no crashes. There is just too much underlying value, which I think will fuel major purchases by investors(thus driving the stock back up) if CPQ started down. On a micro scale,(example only), it happened in todays's trading. In any event, I urge all to invest in the established and confirmed trend. You'll make more money, with less risk and exposure. Go long on this company. LF |
