I haven't followed PairGain closely for about 6 mos. Since I am buying I felt PAIR is
coming into range.

Has there been any negative news on earnings or are we on track?

Jeff,

I recently took a small position in PAIR and wrote some naked puts. I have not studied the stock as much as I should. From what I have read, it seems we are on track and 15 is possible but only in a market correction in my opinion.
