Warren or other shorts,
I wanted to go short late last week, but my broker didn't have any shares available to short. On Friday I thought I missed out, but today it looks like ZITL is not rolling over, so there may be another chance to go short in the future. Any advice on which brokers might have shares to short would be appreciated. E-mail to biketurist@aol.com if you don't want to post on this board.

Thanks.

Some of the reasons I think Zitel is overvalued:
1) I've never heard of a software "factory" before. What other companies have used this model to sell software?

2) In the post-earnings release conference call, Mr. King talked about ramping up factory production. He talked about linking multiple computers together, along with lots of CASD drives (or something to that effect). If I was going to develop a software factory, and I needed to increase production, I wouldn't do it by linking up computers, I'd just install more of them. The problem with linking up computers is that it creates a lot of communications and syncronizations issues that are difficult to resolve programmatically. This comment from the conference call didn't sit right with me.

3) How many companies will send their mission critical software to another company? How practical will it be to cart one of these large systems around to customers to do on site processing? How much will a mobile factory cost to build and move around, how much will it cost to staff? My guess is that profit margins on a mobile factory will be much less than for a fixed location factory.
