You can find a brief intro to Oscar in the Spring 1998 edition of 'The State of Nirvana' which can be found on Nirvana's website. I would offer a link, but I can't seem to get through at the moment. On another note, has anyone ever tried running OT against any market indexes? I am trying to find sector indexes with volume data, as I figure the VAP systems would be of great predictive value.
