My due diligence team provided me with some additional insight into the RDRT situation as follows.

First, the IBM/WDC deal. According to my sources, this deal must be executed with extreme precision on behalf of IBM. They stated that IBM's failure to deliver heads in mass quantity could prove lethal to this deal. Moreover, IBM has (according to the source) NOT executed flawlessly historically and as such, history works against them.

Second, and perhaps most important, is the FACT, which has been grossly overlooked by Wall Street, that the horsepower behind IBM's MR and GMR technology is GONE. Where are they? You guessed it, RDRT. Let me repeat, RDRT spelled Read-Rite. Mark Re, and others, will ONLY IMPROVE the processes which the bears argue are poor at present. Thus, by next year, it is conceivable that RDRT will be the NEW leaders and well ahead of the pack.

At 8 1/2, the story is overblown. I am shocked that the bears like Stitch and Simpson are not covering and recommending purchase, so that when the stock bounces, they can again claim victory. The big move will follow from this level and I believe the stock can triple over the next 24 months. Not bad!! Keep the faith and look at the facts, not the mis-information and evasion of the facts which is typical conversation among short players. the STUD!!
