Yakov,

Since the Hitachi order was announced before the arrangement with Ando, it is possible that LTX will handle Hitachi directly, at least in the beginning. Have you heard something to the contrary?

Also, LTX made a secondary offering back in 1995 at around $11. Why would you want them to do it again? They already have cash in the bank.
