News release Resignation; appointments Ebony Gold and Gas Inc Wed 27 May 98 News Release Mr. Wayne Hansen reports Stephen Marks has resigned as a director and as secretary of the company. J. Hal Krieger has been appointed as a director and Wayne A. Hansen has been appointed secretary. The company is also in the process of reorganizing its affairs, and intends to hold an annual general meeting on or about Aug. 7, 1998, at which time all requisite shareholder approvals for the various elements of the proposed reorganization will be sought.
