Hey JMaz,
I tried to forget about the market, and think of "happy vacation" thoughts. Sold everything last Friday, 100% cash. Then over the weekend I research a relaxing itinerary on Crete island, 4 weeks in the sun sight-seeing, partying, and relaxing on the beach. Now after a few days out of the market, I'm having second thoughts, might just do a 2 week vacation in the states, also. This market is just too volatile and exciting to leave behind.
Sounds like we both took it on the chin in SMOD. Looking at it in retrospect, I guess there were some pretty good signs of slowing growth, never thought it would get as bad as AJ projected in the conference call though. I'm not sure about the company anymore, of course with past experience that is the time I should buy, but after watching ADPT's steady decent I'm not sure. Somebody mentioned something about quality problems at SMOD. Is there any confirmation of this? Seems like there has got to be a better explanation for what has happened.
Well, if I see negative breadth over the next week in a half, I'm out of here. But right now with all these markets dropping, I'm thinking we might see some big cash inflows into the US. So I have postponed the trip.
Anyway, take care |
