CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1998--Systems
Communications,
Inc. (OTCBB: SCMI) announced today that the company entered into a
strategic alliance with Haddon National Companies, Inc. through its
wholly
owned subsidiary National Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (NSC). Haddon
National
Companies, Inc. located in Maple Shade, N.J., is one of the nation's
leading managed care administration organizations with 20 years
experience
in helping insurance companies, businesses and managed care networks
reduce
employee healthcare and administrative costs. Haddon currently has over
7
million members covered through their Managed Care Organization's client
list involving cities, counties, school boards, unions, non-profit and
public organizations, insurance companies, HMO's, PPO's, IPO's, and
HPO's.

Ed Salmon, Chairman of SCMI commented, "The new alliance with Haddon

SCMI is looking for contracts under the new alliance to begin
sometime
