I was somewhere yesterday that had a decent explanation...i think it was one of the quote services...I think it was quotecentral.com. someone had put a link there and browsing around the site, i ran into a nice discussion of OTC BB;s....many OTC BB stocks dont have to report their earnings, they dont have to be qualified or audited, so you might be buying into a bag.
