Max, I think that would be the best way to take a position in ORVX. I think your "intuition meter" is right, agree also on Bio Man, I read his posts last Friday, he seems very well informed. It will be intresting to see what DD finds out about the covertibles...I may start a position in ORVX <long> too. Sandra
