There first project is going to be developed in Orlando, Florida in close proximity to Dysney World. These plans consist of 750 single family homes . The homes will be built around an 18-hole golf course . Each of the 750 homes will be sold weekly for $12,000 a week for an aggregate sellout of $440,000,000. We at stockwiz have learnd WACC has purchased 285 acres in Florida for the homes to be built on. The timeshare project is ahead of schedule and news will be released on the purchase of the site and developement of the property early next week.
