Waltech (officers, Scott Howell and Tom Stinson) = Merced (officers Scott Howell and Tom Stinson).

Merced is the vendor (and supposedly the developer, but by now there's some doubt about that; see earlier discussions of the question of the assumed promissory note) of the Y2K software. In the near term, this should be CSHK's lead product. The company has promised it'll be on sale online by the first of June.

If they can't even maintain a website (see also recent discussions about the apparent mendacity of statements made on their "clients" page) are we seriously to believe they'll be delivering Y2K software within the next five days?
