Beacon Light Buys 76% Of Chinese Plastic Injection Plant

XINHUI, China -- Beacon Light Holding Corp. (BLHG) and Hong Kong-based Pinnacle International Trading Ltd. acquired a plastic injection molding factory in Xinhui City, Guangdong, China, valued at $8.8 million.
In a press release Wednesday, Beacon said it willl own 76% of the factory, while Pinnacle International will own 24%. Profits will be distributed in the same proportion as the ownership interest.
The company formed a new Chinese corporation, Beacon Light Xinhui Plastics Co., which will own the factory.
Beacon also said it is in talks to acquire a majority stake in an electronics company currently operating out of Shantou City, Guangdong, China, which produces computer monitors. |
