Hey all! Spoke with CEO Tilton today. We were interrupted by a phone call at which point he stated we needed to keep the conversation brief. Therefore I was unable to inquire about all the issues raised by Wayne, and those I had, but I did the best I could. Cheesehead: What is the status of the cancel/buy back of the 8 million shares we have been waiting for? Tilton: Not a problem. The shares must be in my possession before I can officially announce this. Should be soon. The shares are not available to be traded. Cheesehead: When will TNRG be a fully reporting company (status of the form 10 filing)? Tilton: I plan on consolidating all the audits for the acquisitions made for the period covering thru June 30th, 1998. We have till November to submit the Form 10 filing with the SEC to become a fully reporting company. I don't plan on waiting till the last moment and expect to have the report submitted no later than October. This will happen before the imposed NASD deadline of Nov. Cheesehead: What is the status of the Web site? Tilton: I met with some people (came up from Florida) about 3 weeks ago. R. Harris was going to put something together but I have yet to hear back from him (them). I am excited about this and understand this type of thing takes time. I appreciate Mr. Harris' involvement in this. Cheesehead: Can we expect any announcements soon? Tilton: We have never been bashful about making announcements. I am very excited by the boxing deal as well as the others. Something could happen soon but I don't want to make any specific predictions. We should have an announcement within the next week or two. End of discussion. There was no hype involved IMO. Long on TNRG. I plan on contacting Mr. Tilton on a regular basis and will post my findings. Cheese
