Yes, I have had a similar experience with GTW-- customer service is terrible, especially if you ever buy an add-on part. I bought a cd-rom multimedia upgrade -- experience was very similar. They couldn't get me the proper drivers and the system never did allow me to view video properly. After a while they simply quit returning my e-mail and calls and I gave up.

DELL makes a lot better product, but I also had similar problems with them. These guys make a buck and then just abandon you -- easy to show great profits this way. Large companies have IT people and clout to ensure that things work -- home office or small business customers are treated shabbily because they "don't have the potential" for as great for being a repeat customer.

As competition heats up -- GTW is going to be hurting. It's already happening -- the quality is just not there!
