The 80%/20% ratio is correct. It's what is stated in the ESVS 8K.

In fact, it's what I base many of my arguments on.

For example, PartyTime has told us that ZULU owns 80% of ESVS. That is NOT correct.

When (if) the companies are merged, ZULU will have 80% of the combination. ESVS will have 20%. That is NOT the same as ZULU owning 80% of ESVS now.

And they won't even own 80% of ESVS then - they will own 80% of the combination.
