Absolutely, Positively no reverse split.
A reverse split is basically a kiss of death to a stock price.
Everytime that I have been involved with a reverse split the shareholders have ended up on the losing side of the deal.
Now, in my most vivid dreams I see EDIS, Larry Vance, or one the board of directors purchasing these shares back.
I know we are cash poor, and I know that the above idea isnt feasible at the current time, but I much rather wait until they can afford to do so, rather than "creating market value" through a reverse split.
I have spoke with Larry Vance, Ken Danchuk, and Scott Peyron about the above matter, and they kind of avoided the subject. This subject has left me very uncomfortable about my investment in EDIS.
I understand that this is a major turning point for EDIS, I just dont want to us shareholders to take the hit, only to return to the same share price we are at today.
I feel that EDIS has tremendous potential, but in regards to all of us long time shareholders, a reverse split in my opinion would greatly impact all of our investment in a negative way.
(Sorry if it sounds like I'm venting, but I have feared this for a long time now, and just think that it would create more damage than good at this point. Anyone want to share their ideas on this subject?)
There I feel much better.
