You are perfectly right about Linear Technology's presence in the computer industry. For example, Intel's motherboard has at least an LLTC part on it. However, since LLTC's parts are much more expensive (thus higher profit margin) than the competitors, their business focus is not really in the PC market but rather in the telecommunication one. Since telecom industry was not hit that badly with this Asian flu, Time Traveler thus expects LLTC to keep up with the telecom folks. Is Time Traveler wrong about this analysis?
