Has your wife ever adequately explained the concept of foods that are "heaty" versus "cooling"? Durian is alleged to be very heaty. Based on your post I think you may still be on afterburn.<G> P.S. My wife tells me a small glass of warm salt water will ameliorate the aftertaste. I belched sulphuricaly for 3 weeks after my one and only experience.
