lance my understanding of the agreements between the two companies is that all the 144 stock that was issued to us as a spin off from medgroup will be freed up sometime in late DEC or JAN AND YES I BELIEVE MEDGROUP WILL GO HIGHER very soon the selling that took place on friday was from a broker who basically got tired of waiting .
