Hi Thorr; The numbers for the corrected earnings (to account for the fair market values of options granted during the given accounting period) are now required to be present in the 10-Ks. Joining edgar-online is cheap, and a worthwhile investment for a stock junky. Here's a link: edgar-online.com Hint: When you get a 10-K, chose the HTML version, and do a search through the document for "option" or "scholes". Eventually you will find the figures. There are free links that will give you (old) on-line 10Ks, but now that I use edgar-online, I no longer have the links. Somebody? -- Carl
