bulletin board stocks are not required to file on the SEC EDGAR database.

I can't believe it took me 2 days to find this seemingly absolutely critical piece of information.

But, I guess they must file, or at least register - just not EDGAR. I mean, every public company (over 35 shareholders) has to register, right,or am I losing my mind?
