Actually, yes!

If Apple could have beat Microsoft to the punch; That is, if they could have released a true 32bit operating system before Windows 95, they would have done it. When Windows 3.1 was king, many people (myself and collegues included) would have given just about anything for a quality replacement.

The situation is different now. Computing paradigms are shifting. There is another opportunity to displace Microsoft, but it has nothing to do with PCs...
