Good find, Jim. Watched a fairly lengthy Viagra report in the news with Brian Williams (NBC) just a while ago. The medical correspondent Dr. Bob Arnot mentioned that he had surveyed a number of urologists, who found that Viagra had good results in some of their more severe E.D. cases, and a surprizing effect is that many of those on Viagra can have sex a second time (without taking another pill). Also reported on the ban of Viagra by several countries, that it would lead to a black market which is dangerous in that people would not be going to a doctor to get the drug, and thus would not get the advice they should be getting if they are on nitroglycerine.
