DMS, I'm not following. Why would Joe V hand over convertible preferred to Proctor? What's the bigger picture? P.S. I called called Dennis Casey's office today. His secretary claims he IS returning shareholder calls and will call me tomorrow. If he does, I'll post what I learn. P.S. To Wes: Now is not a good time to be taking a breather. Your posts are very valuable. Take a break saturday and sunday if you have to. Right now, we need you. P.S. to Dan L: I too am a bit dismayed that the news/rumor that FIG is out as consultant didn't spike this stock. My hunch is that there are a lot of potential buyers out there watching and waiting, and that makes the current state of affairs that much more maddening for me. Of course, the people watching might not be so much waiting as they are laughing at us. Just my opinion. TJS
