Daniel, Stock Doc, & Thread:

Thanks for the JTSC info. Yes, it does look like it will be the new symbol.

Here are transcripts of recent JTS Investor Relations voicemail messages. (Well, close enough to transcripts... <g>) Perhaps, JTS will post these message updates on their web site. I'll have to mention that to them the next time I get to speak with IR <Likely late June - after Q1 results, naturally.>

JTS IR Voice Message from May 27, 1998:
You've reached the Investor Relations Message System. Today is May 27th, 1998. JTS stock is still suspended from trading pending the filing of our 10-k with the SEC. We expect the 10-k to be filed this week or next. At that time we will look into getting listed on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board.

The activity presently appearing on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board represents trading by brokers dealing directly with each other. However, they are required to notify NASDAQ of their transactions.

NASDAQ is tracking this activity only, they are not engaged in listing our stock for trading at this time. When we become listed, whatever form that may be, we will make an announcement. We will be releasing our Q1 results in late June and will have no additional comments at this time. Thank you.

JTS IR Voice Message from May 25, 1998:
<<<
You've reached the Investor Relations Message System. On Monday, May 18, the American Stock Exchange suspended trading of JTS securities because the Company did not file their 10-k with SEC by the May 15th deadline. The company has filed an extension with the SEC, and expects to have the 10-k filing complete by early next week [w/e May 29, 1998].

The trading of stock in any form will be suspended until that time. Once the 10-k is filed, JTS will pursue other forms to trade their stock - most likely on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. We will be releasing a Press Release with that information once the arrangements are finalized. Our Q1 results will be released in late June. We will have no additional comments at this time. Thank you.

Hope that helps.
