This DowJones story about Woodward is hilarious. Until now, the funniest story I'd seen re. LOCK was the one about the new CEO. I think it was about a year ago they hired a new CEO, and she quit on her first day, after seeing how things really were. The chairman claimed, no, we fired her. So she sued for defamation for them lying about it all. If you look in the S-1 prospectus for the latest stock registration, you see that this suit is still in progress. Anyway, I was looking at the financial statements yesterday, and I was amazed to see that they had found a smidgen of cash. A year ago, when I last looked at this co., they were almost flat broke.
