Unless somebody can develop NC applications that can use MS files
and basically look and feel.....

Which ones are those Mike? The Office 4.2, Office 97, Office 98,
blah blah blah. It's a moving target. I've got a total MS shop,
except for the database server, and I spend a lot of time screwing
around with MS files going from MS product to MS product. 95%
of our work could be done with a good gui html editor.
