You're so right about long term and the value of the CCI Card and getting the word out to the investing public. My professional background is in both advertising (CBS Records) and as an Apple Dealer for ad agencies and specific to this case - Compact Disc World.

Compact Disc World here in New Jersey clearly recognized the importance of being on the Web and more importantly implemented a Card program for what they called Club CD. Whether a CD is sold or not, they've just made money - big money which costs them zilch. Funny thing is though that the card brings with it "brand loyalty" and as long as the service is good and the price is right - your customer becomes a client.

I am anxiously awaiting the opening of the site to see how it compares with the competition from an ease of use perspective. If our web design team is as good as it is cracked up to be, we might have a real advantage here.

One last thing - I occasionally buy books at the local Barnes & Nobles store and checked out their site but greatly prefer Amazon.com for online purchases because of ease of use and general site design.
