But I'll bring up another point that was talked about during the SEG(master of integration) CC on the importance of this leadership:

Q => how much of GM opportunity will come from internal opps or will it come from time to market?
A - we would say maybe about 3:1 advantage on the side of time to market.

Time to market is king. Watch the ship dates closely IMO.
