Last evening Charlie Huttoe reappeared in the Washington D.C, area. While visiting a local bistro -Clydes-in Reston Virginia-a stockholder recognized him. The investor challenged Huttoe about the current situation. Whatever Huttoe said in reply further irritated the questioner and he hauled off and delivered a mighty blow. The man obviously needs some body guards. More seriously' In a court in L.A. yesterday a law suit filed originally by ICMX-Federal against the true owner of the technology was dismissed without prejudice. This leaves the owner of the technology free to file counter suits against Sexi and several of its employees.This could be quite serious to Sexi.
