Technically, it is hard to say he has committed malpractice. He had a tough case to begin with. Ethically I'd say he might have some problems. He's complaining about media leakage while airing his case in the media to a large degree. Overall, I can't see that he's done her much good. His strident remarks can't be making Starr feel like cutting Monica any slack. I'd say we are seeing him slowly being eased out. I suspect someone with more criminal trial experience will be on board soon to take over. Maybe a new approach will yield some results for both Monica and Starr. Personally, if he's got any credible evidence, Starr ought to indict her ASAP. JLA
