(Dow Jones)--AmeriResource Technologies Inc.'s (ARET) Tomahawk Construction Co. unit and its joint venture partner, Dunn Industrial, have been asked to attend a meeting with Flour Daniel Inc. to negotiate a plant expansion contract. In a press release, AmeriResource said the expansion contract, for a U.S. household products manufacturer, has an estimated value between $5 million and $9 million. Flour Daniel, a unit of Flour Corp. (FLR), provides engineering, construction and maintenance services. AmeriResource provides consulting and construction services.
