Ref. Moody's downgrade of Japan. Every morning for the last year I have felt like phoning up Moody's.... and reminding them to work a little faster at their evaluation of the Japanese bank credits. Boy. Russia sseem tottering on the brink today and yesterday doesn't it? 150% short term bank rates. Maybe they should get some of that German money back into the system that was taken offshore ostensibly put up by the Germans for builing officer's housing... for returned Russian-German based soviet soldiers. I guess that money is gone! It is now living in Luxembourg....not Switzerland! My best to you,
