Make one small change.

Use lower cap's (begin words with capital letters) for headline following subject identity.

Example

from: CORP./ NYCAN PETROLEUM STOCK SPLIT, RECLASSIFICATION
to: CORP. / Nycan Petroleum Stock Split, Reclassification

Otherwise - looks great.

Have you ever cleaned a keyboard beneath the keys. Having a big problem with a couple characters not making proper connection.
