You guys can convert the warrants as you see fit. I'd rather use the .50 cents to buy more warrants. If these guys at ARcon have the goods, the stock and warrants will move up and the spread will disappear. If the stock can get above 2 or 3 dollars, the % difference between the warrants + .50 and the common becomes more insignificant and the profits of arbitrage will become to small to bother with.
