Part of the answers to your questions depends on the broker you use. I use Dreyfus (www.edreyfus.com) so my answers will reflect what can be done there.

1.Can I use proceeds from sales of stocks to make option order immediately?

2. Can I use proceeds from sales of options to make new option orders
immediately?
YES

3. Can I daytrade option, to use some fund to buy and sell option many times in the same day?
