I was under the impression that MXAM just took their warrants out of the "registration" process since they were not proceeding with plans to become a fully reporting company, but that the warrants were not "suspended". May be only a matter of semantics. Need to go back and read Runyon's Pres letter since I believe he commented on the warrants in his letter.
