Hi, Darren
I've been laying low, watching the market, wishing I could be participating in it. I've been waiting for a new Dell PC, which should arrive today. They wouldn't install a 56k-flex modem for me, so I'll have to get that separately, then try the new GTE/BBN dial-up network, see if I can get CyberTrader to run well enough to trade again. With my ISDN internet connection, I was getting locked up and bumped constantly, haven't traded in probably three weeks or so. It's frustrating.
It's funny, though. I was looking over the Pristine website for the past few days and was very interested listening to their end-of-day audio summary. Since Cyber Corp was touting them a while back, I wanted to see what Pristine was like. Their website looks very appealing and tempting. I will probably sign-on with them for a month or so to see what it's like. I like the way they look and sound.
Anyone here using their full service, the intra-day trading room? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Anyone having any success with Cyber's new GTE/BBN network? I understand you need a 56k-flex type modem (not an X-2 type) to connect. Is that correct?
Thanks,
Bill
