What I found out is Delmar is highly respected and the epitome of good will in both his company and the construction industry. Understand I have never talked to the man personally but instead I have talked to others in the industry about him. Being a contractor myself, I realize it is critical that a man's reputation be solid and extremely sound in order to be invited to bid on work. No one wants a company on their bid list that may not be able to complete the contract. No matter what construction outfit I have talked to, I have heard nothing but absolute praise for this man. His abilities to communicate with his long time contacts and his savvy management style have set him far above the norm. Sometimes the paperwork does not reflect the man or his ingenious competitive strategies he is so known for. I know for a fact in the construction industry that everyday you have to contantly prove yourself over and over again with every single job. Delmar did not gain his reputation without effectively planning, organizing, motivation and controlling his company's work load. I realize that he was extremely successful before the government contracts however it does not change the fact of what I am saying. Everyone of us know what it is like to get a bad job where everything goes wrong. What has this got to do with ARET and it's financial profit generating abilities? Well in my opinion, a man that is respected and consider one of the sharpest individuals by his competitors and peers makes his ability to generate bids impressive. Bids leads to contracts and contracts lead to bottom line profits. Those that know me know I research daily. The internet is fraught with hype and naysayers and until I began researching this man I too was against this stock. Delmar is on the move up again even though I can show no solid balance sheet, website of positive news, or really anything, I do have this gut feeling. Exactly what I have expressed here is why I bought this stock.. I will not post on this thread much but there is one fact I would like everyone to consider. Delmar was once a successful major player in his industry and history always repeats himself with men like him. I expect solid contracts to start flowing again real soon. Just my opinion ... sorry I have no facts or solid BTS research to provide.
