Naturally, I don't want to spoil the party, but I wouldn't be surprised if the stock traded down on the day. So, here's a preemptive quash of the "why is it going down" posts for the day.

Reason: It's had a great run the last few weeks and its a classic buy on the rumor, sell on the news scenario. While the announcement is great reason to celebrate, don't get discouraged if the stock price doesn't react right away. I'd hate to see people sell when the ducks are just lining up.

Let the short term traders and manipulators have their fun. Our day will come over time.
