Hotel Installations

Seven-Year Exclusive Agreement With Kyo-ya Company Adds Hotel Properties In
Key Markets

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- On Command Corporation (Nasdaq: ONCO - news) and Kyo-ya
Company announced today that the companies have signed a definitive agreement for On Command to provide in-room
entertainment and information services exclusively to the Kyo-ya Company. The Kyo-ya Company includes six hotels
and 5,243 rooms operated by Sheraton in Honolulu, Maui and San Francisco. Four of the six hotels covered in the
agreement involve properties served by On Command resulting from the SpectraVision acquisition in October 1996.
The agreement will bring On Command services to the Kyo-ya properties for a term of seven years.

Sheraton Waikiki, Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Sheraton Moana Surfrider, and Sheraton Princess Kaiulani in Honolulu,
Hawaii, and the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.
