Mark Remember, the "NASDAQ filing" will occur very soon, this week as per my last correspondence with Roger Templeton. The actual listing will likely take several weeks depending on the NASDAQ's Q&A due diligence with DGIV mgmt. But you are right in that the actual filing is what will start this process off. The actual listing becomes the gravy on the rice. davidh
