tepli, I also recently entered INTC at 74. I'm not waiting for the firm 10% number though. Many good tech's have already corrected more than this. Also, don't confuse "overseas" with Asia. In fact very few of the big caps (tech and otherwise) derive >10% of their revenues from Asia. The "overseas" revenue in Europe, OTOH, is substantial for many big companies. And Europe is very healthy. Asia represents a long term growth market for tech. Even the bigs like CSCO are not overly impacted by the current Asian woes. Are far as risk goes, when isn't it risky? But waiting for a firm 10% off the Dow or SP500 to start deploying funds is risky. I'm deploying on the way down. Waiting for a number that may never come seems risky to me. Gary
