$100M is for coal only...gas is another $100M...and what about the value of the real estate. Just look what happened to Tejon Ranch when an analyst stated that although they had a lot of developed land and their market value was being based on developed land market value, their book value of current land assets was more than the stock price. same situation, different name in this case dwlima
