I am in a group that is looking to start a Midwestern chain featuring ostrich meat. We are looking to call it BirdyBurger. The lead sandwich will be called "The Big Bird". The diet line is "The Feather Burger". Our kids meals are tentatively called "Flappy Meals". We have some great ad copy. A guy sitting on a giant ostrich at a BirdyBurger drive thru window. The caption will read:
"Drive in to BirdyBurger, and we'll give you the bird."

Wish us luck so we won't lay a giant egg.
