Jim, you miss the point. I personally believe, given the current quarter and the estimates for this year, that Dell is priced properly in the mid to high 80's. Another way to say that, given it's current valuation, is it's properly priced at that point. Based on how Dell performs relative to expectations it may be valued higher or lower by the street. Valuation is only tangentially related to how it's priced in any session. I'll go one step further to say valuation is more of a result of fundamental analysis of the stock. Overbought/oversold is derived from the technical analysis of the stock. I am not saying that, by definition, I am right. TA folks may also take issue with my assessment.
